Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of strata properties including maintenance coordination and vendor oversight
- Handle financial administration including budgeting, fee collection, and financial reporting
- Facilitate communication between owners, residents, and strata committees
- Ensure compliance with local property regulations and strata legislation
- Organize and conduct property inspections, meetings, and dispute resolution
- Oversee insurance claims and risk management for assigned properties
- Implement strategic improvements to enhance property value and resident satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strata or property management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and strata regulations
- Proven financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Certification in Property Management (e.g., API, PICA) preferred
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
