As a Strategic Business Plan Officer, you will work closely with management and department heads to support long-term business strategy planning, conduct deep-dive business performance analyses, and monitor KPIs. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining ISO compliance, driving operational excellence, and identifying areas for process optimization. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the formulation, implementation, and review of short-term and long-term corporate business strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple departments.
- Prepare comprehensive business performance reports, strategic presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Assist in managing, auditing, and maintaining ISO Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standards.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and macroeconomic assessments to identify business risks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align departmental activities with overall corporate objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or corporate development.
- Strong analytical mindset with high proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with ISO standards (such as ISO 9001) and quality assurance framework.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural corporate environment.
