Are you a seasoned Finance professional with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights? Anchored Global Office is seeking a high-performing Strategic Finance Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our financial trajectory, focusing on complex financial modeling, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy optimization, and operational efficiency.
Working the Night Shift, you will partner directly with senior leadership to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies that improve profitability and scale operations. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment and is ready to take ownership of our financial roadmap.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support long-term strategic planning and annual budgeting.
- Analyze GTM performance metrics to provide insights on customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and revenue growth.
- Partner with cross-functional department heads to monitor departmental budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and executive decks for board-level presentations.
- Lead variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual results and forecasts, providing recommendations for mitigation.
- Support capital allocation decisions by performing rigorous ROI analysis on potential business investments.
- Maintain internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance across all global operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or CFA designation preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (financial modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables).
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS or high-growth business environments is a significant advantage.
- Strong command of financial reporting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects during the Night Shift.
- Highly organized with a focus on attention to detail and precision in reporting.
