Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives across multiple industries
- Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management and culture transformation
- Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR business partnering experience, preferably in a multi-industry setting
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
