Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s long-term business goals and vision.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to improve workforce productivity, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies, partnering with leadership to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive workplace culture across all departments.
  • Design and administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Drive training and development programs to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skill sets.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or directorial role.
  • Proven experience in organizational development and strategic planning within the real estate, construction, or holding sectors.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Code, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, and performance management software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is highly preferred.
