You will gain hands-on experience in corporate strategy, performance monitoring, and project coordination, working closely with senior leadership to translate vision into actionable results. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Strategic Management Office in the end-to-end execution of the 2026 Planning Cycle.
- Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Support the coordination and documentation of cross-functional strategic meetings.
- Prepare high-quality presentation decks and reports for executive management reviews.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across different business units.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow within the strategy team.
- Assist in drafting project briefs and strategic roadmaps for company initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
