Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the formulation, review, and execution of the company's long-term strategic plans and business objectives.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across various departments.
- Act as the primary bridge and translator for Mandarin-speaking business partners, clients, and corporate stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensure project deadlines are met, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare high-quality business presentations, strategic reports, and executive summaries for board-level review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in strategic planning, corporate development, management consulting, or a similar analytical role.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is strictly required for stakeholder management and business correspondence.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic planning frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
