- Develop comprehensive strategic communication plans aligned with institutional objectives and brand guidelines
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital, social, and traditional media channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Create compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences (parents, students, educators)
- Manage multi-channel content calendars with consistent messaging and visual identity
- Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic marketing communications or brand planning
- Proven track record of developing successful multi-channel campaigns in education sector
- Expertise in brand strategy development and market positioning
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance measurement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
