Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary proxy for the Chairman in key internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities.
- Drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion.
- Prepare high-level presentations, data-backed reports, and strategic memos for the Board and executive leadership.
- Monitor and track the execution of top-priority initiatives, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Analyze internal operations to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments to foster a culture of transparency and execution-oriented results.
- Provide critical feedback and sounding board support to the Chairman on sensitive business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
- 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or as an Operating Associate/Chief of Staff in a fast-paced firm.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Unwavering discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and strategic modeling tools.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
