Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to support the company’s long-term retail growth objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, performance dashboards, and quarterly business reviews for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline operational workflows and improve cross-functional synergy.
- Lead strategic projects focused on inventory management, customer experience enhancements, and supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to mitigate risks and capitalize on market shifts.
- Facilitate budget planning processes to ensure optimal utilization of capital resources across M Mart outlets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting within the retail industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI platforms like Tableau/PowerBI) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, executive-level presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape and consumer purchasing behavior.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required for this role.
