Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to support organizational growth and patient-centric goals.
- Conceptualize innovative community outreach initiatives to increase awareness and prevention of kidney-related ailments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to monitor project performance and track key health outcomes.
- Conduct deep-dive research and market analysis to identify gaps in existing community services and develop actionable solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external funding partners.
- Manage end-to-end project development, from initial feasibility studies to final implementation and evaluation.
- Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders, healthcare partners, and donors to advance the foundation's mission.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or non-profit project management.
- Proven track record in conceptualizing and delivering public-facing programs or health initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data into strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools).
- Deep understanding of the Singapore healthcare landscape or the non-profit sector is highly advantageous.
