Tanggung Jawab
- Orchestrate end-to-end HR operations, ensuring flawless execution of onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, benefits management, and employee record administration.
- Act as the primary expert and advisor on Employee Relations, conducting impartial investigations, mediating conflicts, and recommending sound resolutions aligned with company values and Philippine law.
- Lead compliance initiatives by interpreting Philippine Labor Code regulations, updating the Employee Handbook, and conducting training to ensure organizational adherence.
- Drive the performance appraisal cycle, coaching managers on goal setting and providing feedback while supporting the implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to design and execute strategic HR initiatives, including talent retention programs and organizational development projects.
- Serve as a culture champion, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion while fostering a positive, high-performance work environment.
- Leverage HRIS data to generate insightful reports and analytics for management, using metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Support managerial staff with comprehensive guidance on handling day-to-day people issues, ensuring consistency and fairness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. CHRP or related certifications are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on Employee Relations and Compliance.
- Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and SSS/Pag-IBIG/PhilHealth processes.
- Demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive employee relations cases with discretion, professionalism, and empathy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset; proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to work on a hybrid setup in Taguig City (Bonifacio Global City).
