Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement/sourcing experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Expert negotiation skills with experience in complex contract management
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry advantageous
