- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Google's products and services across the APAC region, driving adoption and market share growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align operational plans and ensure seamless execution.
- Design and implement operational frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance and track progress against key business metrics.
- Support strategic planning processes including annual business reviews, quarterly forecasts, and resource allocation decisions.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to evaluate business scenarios, optimize return on investment, and guide decision-making.
- Manage special projects and initiatives that require cross-functional coordination and executive visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or a related analytical role, preferably in technology or fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Sheets) and experience with data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market principles and experience in driving product launches or market expansion initiatives is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus for cross-market collaboration.
