- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for new store locations in Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to identify expansion opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement data-driven business development initiatives
- Optimize pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize market share
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track growth initiatives
- Collaborate with finance teams to forecast revenue and allocate resources efficiently
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership with actionable implementation plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate growth roles with retail exposure
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful expansion strategies
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) and market research methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with C-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Malaysian retail market dynamics and consumer preferences
