Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement field-level strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor and evaluate strategy execution effectiveness through KPI tracking
- Conduct field research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless strategy implementation
- Prepare comprehensive reports on field performance and strategic initiatives
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks affecting strategy delivery
- Facilitate communication between headquarters and field operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) from any discipline (Industrial Engineering preferred)
- Minimum GPA of 3.50
- Maximum age of 27 years
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities
