Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for mobility and market dynamics? Transportation Solutions Indonesia is seeking a highly analytical and ambitious Strategy & Planning Associate to join our high-impact GrabFood strategy team in Jakarta.
In this role, you will be at the intersection of market insight and operational planning. You will take full ownership of market intelligence reports, transforming raw data into actionable strategic recommendations. Reporting directly to the Manager of Strategy and Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our food delivery operations by identifying growth opportunities, monitoring competitive landscapes, and optimizing performance metrics.
We are looking for a sharp, proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the ability to communicate complex insights to senior leadership clearly and effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive market intelligence reports to track performance against competitors and market trends.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify operational bottlenecks and growth levers for the GrabFood business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategic business plans.
- Conduct deep-dive research into market sentiment, consumer behavior, and pricing dynamics within the Indonesian delivery ecosystem.
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials and executive summaries for monthly business reviews.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry shifts that may impact company strategy.
- Support the annual and quarterly planning cycles by providing data-backed forecasting models.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or market research.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, strategic narratives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Passion for the logistics, food-tech, or transportation sectors.
