Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve account inquiries for streaming platforms and search engine services
- Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting for digital platforms
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex account issues
- Monitor account performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Adhere to SLAs and quality standards for all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in English and Filipino with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with streaming platforms (Netflix, YouTube, etc.)
- Basic technical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Willingness to undergo background verification
- Residency in Cebu or willingness to relocate
