Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer support for a global streaming service via chat, email, or voice channels.
  • Assist users with account management, billing inquiries, and subscription troubleshooting.
  • Navigate technical platforms to identify and resolve streaming or playback issues.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and product knowledge.
  • Stay updated on new feature releases, trending content, and platform updates.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 18 years of age or older.
  • Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic technical proficiency and familiarity with streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City.
