Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support for a global streaming service via chat, email, or voice channels.
- Assist users with account management, billing inquiries, and subscription troubleshooting.
- Navigate technical platforms to identify and resolve streaming or playback issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by providing accurate and timely resolutions.
- Document customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery and product knowledge.
- Stay updated on new feature releases, trending content, and platform updates.
Kualifikasi
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- Completed at least 2 years in college or a Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic technical proficiency and familiarity with streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, etc.).
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Must be willing to work on-site at UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City.
