Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed structural drawings, plans, and elevations using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Collaborate closely with architects and structural engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance. Review blueprints and technical specifications to identify any potential structural conflicts or issues. Ensure all drafted materials adhere to relevant local building codes and safety regulations. Update and revise existing drawings based on project feedback and design changes. Assist in the preparation of material lists and project reports. Communicate effectively with team members to clarify technical requirements and resolve drafting discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience working as a Drafter or in a similar technical role within the construction industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other computer-aided design (CAD) software. Strong understanding of structural principles, construction methods, and building materials. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to visualize complex 3D structures from 2D drawings. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Must be willing to work full-time in Gianyar, Bali.
