Join the dynamic team at China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) as a Structural Quality Control (QC) Specialist. We are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in our construction projects in Batam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and inspection of structural works, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications, international standards, and local regulations.
As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will bridge the gap between site operations and engineering requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in preventing defects, managing non-conformities, and maintaining the structural integrity of our developments. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily inspections of structural components, including concrete pouring, rebar placement, and formwork, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Verify the quality of incoming construction materials, including steel, cement, and aggregates, by checking certificates and test results.
- Maintain detailed quality control records, daily reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) to track project progress and issues.
- Coordinate closely with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards during all inspection activities.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits to demonstrate adherence to ISO and SNI standards.
- Monitor curing processes and perform field tests such as compressive strength tests and slump tests.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural quality control or civil engineering supervision.
- Familiarity with Indonesian National Standards (SNI) and international construction codes (ACI, ASTM).
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles, construction methods, and materials properties.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred for site mobility.
