As an STR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the structural integrity of our developments, ensuring that every beam, slab, and column is executed in strict accordance with engineering blueprints and international safety standards. You will serve as a critical link between the design team and the field execution, ensuring that project milestones are met with uncompromising quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor all structural construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and material testing to maintain the highest standards of structural integrity.
- Coordinate daily work schedules with subcontractors and site workers to ensure the project remains on track.
- Review structural blueprints and provide technical guidance to resolve on-site engineering challenges or discrepancies.
- Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Document and report daily progress, including manpower usage, material consumption, and project milestones to the Project Manager.
- Manage the inspection of reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring processes to ensure zero-defect delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Structural Supervisor or Site Engineer in large-scale construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of structural design codes, construction methodologies, and quality control standards (SNI/ISO).
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors in a high-pressure environment.
- Possession of a valid professional certification (SKA Ahli Muda/Madya Struktur) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural corporate environment.
