As a key player in our student recruitment division, you'll be responsible for engaging prospective students through outbound calls, guiding them through our enrollment processes, and providing exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote educational programs and enrollment opportunities
- Provide clear, accurate information about courses, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures
- Guide applicants through the enrollment process, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly
- Maintain detailed records of student inquiries, applications, and enrollment status in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to team performance goals
- Follow up with pending applicants to encourage completion of enrollment steps
- Coordinate with academic departments to ensure smooth student onboarding
- Address student concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or relevant college education
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a professional telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse students
- Proficiency in computer applications and comfortable learning new software systems
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup and commute to Ortigas office as needed
