Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and office operations to ensure smooth business workflows.
- Support department heads with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with team members to organize meetings, events, and internal communications.
- Prepare and update reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Perform research tasks to support ongoing projects and operational improvements.
- Assist in inventory tracking and procurement support tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies in all business activities.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related degree program.
- Available to render required internship hours (OJT).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
