Are you a student looking to jumpstart your career in Human Resources? AM Group Kitchen Equipment and Supplies Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Intern/OJT to join our growing HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to support our daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The internship program is scheduled to begin in June 2026. As part of our team, you will work closely with experienced HR professionals to ensure smooth organizational processes. Please note that candidates are required to provide their own laptop for work purposes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing necessary documentation and orientation materials.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and prepare recruitment plans.
- Prepare and compile basic HR reports and analytics.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle general HR inquiries from employees and candidates with professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must be available to start the internship program on June 2026.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must possess a personal laptop to be used for work.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field.
