Seri Botani International School is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Student Programme Coordinator to join our team in Perak. As the Student Programme Coordinator, you will be the primary architect behind our Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) and Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA). You will be responsible for the seamless execution of school trips, academic and sports competitions, and the ongoing operational management of student programs. The ideal candidate is a master of scheduling, a budget-conscious planner, and a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced international school environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end planning of the school’s CCA/ECA calendar, ensuring a diverse and balanced range of activities.
- Coordinate all logistics for educational trips, including transport, safety assessments, and itinerary planning.
- Organize and facilitate student participation in inter-school competitions, tournaments, and showcase events.
- Maintain effective communication with external vendors, coaches, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets for student programmes, ensuring cost-efficiency and resource optimization.
- Create and manage scheduling systems to avoid conflicts and ensure maximum student engagement.
- Collaborate with academic staff to align student programs with the school’s core values and educational objectives.
- Prepare reports on programme effectiveness and student participation levels for the school administration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in programme coordination, preferably within an educational or school setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Proficiency in administrative software and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Proven track record of managing vendors and handling basic financial/budgeting tasks.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure.
