EF Education First is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Student Services Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Singapore. This is a pivotal, student-facing role that combines essential student services, strict compliance management, and exciting activities coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for our international students, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate during their time with us.

We are looking for an organized and approachable professional who thrives in a multicultural environment and is passionate about education. In this position, you will support students with accommodation, visa inquiries, and daily logistical challenges while ensuring all operational procedures meet our high standards of excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional, 24/7 support to students regarding accommodation, travel, and daily inquiries to ensure a smooth living experience.
  • Ensure all student documentation, health records, and compliance paperwork meet local regulations and EF standards.
  • Coordinate and organize cultural activities, excursions, and social events to enhance student engagement and community building.
  • Act as the primary liaison between students, academic staff, and housing providers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date student records in the CRM system and manage administrative databases efficiently.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and assist with check-in/check-out processes for new arrivals.
  • Monitor student welfare and report any safety or compliance concerns to management immediately.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or student services within an international or educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable).
  • Basic knowledge of local laws, visa regulations, or compliance procedures is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by student schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
