Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to primary school students addressing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
- Develop and implement evidence-based well-being programs tailored to the specific needs of the student population
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students requiring additional support or intervention
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to create coordinated support plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of counseling sessions, student progress, and intervention outcomes
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on mental health awareness and emotional well-being for students and staff
- Stay current with best practices in child psychology, counseling techniques, and educational policies
- Respond effectively to crisis situations and provide appropriate support to students in distress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a school or counseling setting
- Relevant certifications in counseling, behavioral support, or child psychology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children effectively
- Knowledge of child development stages and common behavioral challenges in primary school students
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including educators, parents, and administrators
- Experience developing and implementing well-being programs in an educational environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in professional practice
