- Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members
- Manage and mentor coaching staff, fostering professional development and team cohesion
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member experience and satisfaction
- Handle member inquiries, registrations, and retention initiatives
- Monitor and maintain studio facilities, equipment, and cleanliness
- Coordinate class schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels
- Manage budget, expenses, and financial reporting for the studio
- Organize community events and promotional activities to boost studio visibility
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in fitness, martial arts, or similar service industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting
