Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily studio operations ensuring exceptional member experiences and safety protocols
- Manage, train, and motivate fitness instructors and support staff
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to boost membership and retention
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, revenue targets, and expense control
- Implement fitness programs and class schedules aligned with member needs
- Oversee facility maintenance, equipment management, and vendor relationships
- Foster a positive, inclusive gym culture that promotes member engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in fitness management with proven team leadership
- Strong understanding of fitness industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Experience with gym management software and operational systems
- Ability to drive sales targets and implement growth strategies
- First aid/CPR certification preferred
