Join Archipelago Builders as a Sub-Contract Management Engineer and play a pivotal role in driving our construction projects to success. Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing, vetting, and selecting qualified subcontractors for diverse construction projects
- Managing subcontractor contracts, including negotiation, renewal, and compliance monitoring
- Coordinating subcontractor schedules with project milestones and deliverables
- Conducting regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications
- Resolving conflicts and addressing performance issues with subcontractors
- Maintaining accurate documentation of subcontractor agreements and performance metrics
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless subcontractor integration
- Evaluating subcontractor performance for continuous improvement and future engagement decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in subcontractor management within construction
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and industry regulations
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in Construction Management or PMP is highly desirable
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication abilities
