Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the assigned supermarket department to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, implementing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure accurate product ordering and display.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising plans to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail regarding stock and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and basic computer applications.
- Relevant retail certifications or a degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- A passion for fresh produce, groceries, and customer service is essential.
