- Oversee daily supermarket operations including staffing, inventory control, and store maintenance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supermarket or retail management
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in budget management and expense control
