- Negotiate product introductions and trade promotions with supermarket buyers to increase sales volume
- Ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement in assigned retail outlets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key supermarket contacts
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and new product launches with store teams
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for management
- Represent the company at trade shows and retail industry events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG retail or supermarket sales
- Proven negotiation skills with demonstrable sales growth results
- Strong analytical abilities for market trend assessment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila for store visits
