  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of administrative and office support staff to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and update administrative policies, procedures, and work standards in compliance with government regulations.
  • Oversee budget preparation, financial monitoring, procurement processes, and inventory control.
  • Manage the maintenance, security, and accessibility of official records, documents, and databases.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field.
  • At least three (3) years of progressive supervisory experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Civil Service Professional Eligibility (Required).
  • Strong knowledge of government budgeting, accounting, procurement laws, and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and government information systems.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and dedication to public service.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
