As a Supervisor at Sephora, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching a team of Beauty Advisors, fostering a supportive and high-energy environment. You will ensure that all visual merchandising standards are upheld and that inventory management is conducted efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify trends and implement necessary adjustments for growth.
- Train, coach, and develop Beauty Advisors to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving escalations and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays to drive sales.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate company goals, product launches, and operational updates.
- Collaborate with regional management to execute marketing initiatives and promotional events effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Passion for the beauty industry and familiarity with Sephora's product portfolio.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail or business is a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
