We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our retail team in Kuching, Sarawak. In this role, you will oversee daily outlet operations, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure that customers receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in training and developing staff, scheduling shifts, and monitoring their performance. You will also handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with the management team to implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
In your daily responsibilities, you will conduct regular inventory audits, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure stock levels are optimized. You will also enforce company policies regarding cash handling, loss prevention, and health and safety standards. Your ability to analyze sales data and implement improvements will be key to achieving targets.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in business or related field is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
