Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service standards
- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience
- Train new staff on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail management software
