Join PT Munich Lloyd International Brokers as a Supervisor Accounting and take charge of our financial operations in Jakarta. This critical role demands precision in transaction recording, financial reporting, and compliance management. You'll lead the accounting team through complex premium/commission monitoring, bank reconciliations, and OJK regulatory adherence while mentoring junior staff to ensure departmental excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise accurate recording and validation of financial transactions
- Create, review, and submit comprehensive financial reports
- Monitor premium collection, commission structures, and claim settlements
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account balance verifications
- Ensure strict compliance with OJK regulations and internal policies
- Mentor and develop accounting team members' skills and performance
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and audit preparations
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep understanding of OJK regulations and Indonesian GAAP
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Proven leadership abilities in team management and development
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
