Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Oversee tax compliance, including tax filings, VAT returns, and other regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
