As the Supervisor Accounting, you will be the gatekeeper of our financial data. Your day-to-day activities will include preparing accurate financial statements, managing tax filings, and coordinating with external auditors. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff, implementing internal controls, and identifying areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, including PPh, PPn, and other mandatory filings.
- Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team to improve performance and professional development.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax reviews.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making and cost control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (S1/S2).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh Pasal 21, 25, 26) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
