Are you a results-driven Accounting professional seeking a leadership opportunity? Aplus Pacific is looking for a skilled Supervisor Accounting to lead our finance operations in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Raya. In this vital role, you will oversee the end-to-end accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and strict adherence to tax regulations.
As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the team’s workflow, including journal entry verification, asset reconciliation (opnam), and monthly financial close. We are looking for a candidate who can drive process improvements and mentor junior staff to achieve operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily accounting operations, including general ledger and financial reporting.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accounting staff, ensuring productivity and accuracy.
- Review and approve complex journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
- Oversee tax compliance, including VAT and corporate tax filings and reconciliation.
- Conduct regular asset reconciliation (opnam) and manage fixed asset registers.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PP 23/2018) and PSAK.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
