Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure performance targets are met
- Oversee monthly/quarterly closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on financial analysis and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English proficiency
