Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial planning
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and support for professional growth
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting systems
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to management stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
