Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial statement audits
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for business decisions
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Streamline accounting workflows through process optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred
