Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and PSAAK accounting standards
- Lead and develop accounting staff through training, performance reviews, and workflow optimization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
- Coordinate internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Oversee budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial decision-making
- Manage accounting software systems and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAAK)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency and data analysis capabilities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
