Join Exinergy Indonesia as our Supervisor Accounting & Tax and lead our financial operations to drive business growth. This pivotal role requires you to oversee the entire accounting and tax function, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations while optimizing financial processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting and tax team, ensuring high performance and professional development
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP
- Manage tax compliance including monthly/quarterly tax filings, VAT returns, and annual tax assessments
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inspections
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Optimize accounting processes through automation and system improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in tax supervision
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPh 21/26) and accounting standards
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams of 3+ professionals
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Experience in multinational companies or energy sector is advantageous
