Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing processes
- Lead tax compliance activities including VAT, income tax, and other regulatory submissions
- Manage and develop accounting team through performance coaching, training, and workload distribution
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for stakeholder review
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial data accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax authorities
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years' experience
- CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred
- Proven experience in tax compliance and Indonesian tax regulations
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
