Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger management
- Lead tax compliance activities including filing returns and liaising with tax authorities
- Mentor accounting staff while ensuring adherence to Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management decision-making
- Coordinate internal/external audits and implement corrective actions
- Optimize financial processes using accounting software solutions
- Monitor financial KPIs and provide strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
