Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the accounts receivable team to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Oversee daily AR operations including invoice processing, credit management, and customer account reconciliations
- Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize aging and improve cash flow
- Prepare and analyze AR reports, identifying trends and recommending process improvements
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards for receivables
- Train and mentor team members on AR best practices and financial procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and reports
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proven experience in process improvement and workflow optimization
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
